Terms

For the purposes of this document: "Photocrazy" and "Photo Crazy" means Photocrazy.co.uk, the owners and any third party supplier(s) of Photocrazy that may be commissioned during the course of any agreed undertaking.
"Customer" means you the customer commissioning the services (in whatever guise) of Photocrazy.
"Materials" means all work(s), image(s) and material(s) provided by or on behalf of the Customer to Photocrazy for use in the production of, or incorporation into, the Deliverables.
"Deliverables" means the goods or services provided by Photocrazy to the Customer under the terms of this agreement.
"Charges" means the charges specified in the details as laid out in the Price Guides on this website or provided by separate quote from Photocrazy.
"Intellectual Property Rights" means all intellectual property rights wherever in the world, whether registrable or unregistrable, registered or unregistered, including any application or right of application for such rights (and the "intellectual property rights" referred to above include copyright and related rights, moral rights, database rights, business names, trade names, trade marks, service marks, passing off rights and rights in designs).
"The Site" and "Photocrazy Site" means this website or sub domain or any other website or subdomain registered to Photocrazy or linked to the main domain of Photocrazy.

If the Customer supplies any Materials for Photocrazy to work with, on their behalf, they grant to Photocrazy a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such Materials during the term of their mutual engagement. The Customer also declares that they have the right to use such Materials and the ownership of such will remain with the Customer, or the rightful copyright or trademark owner. The Customer warrants that the Materials supplied in accordance with these terms and conditions, will not infringe the Intellectual Property Rights or other rights of any person, will not be illegal or unlawful under any applicable law, and will not give rise to any course of action against Photocrazy or any other person in any jurisdiction.

You the Customer fully indemnify Photocrazy and undertake to keep Photocrazy indemnified against any losses, damages, claims, obligations, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees and costs and expenses incurred in investigating, preparing, defending or prosecuting any litigation, claim, proceeding or demand) arising out of or in connection with any breach by the Customer of the Intellectual Property Rights mentioned above.

All elements of the Photocrazy site including graphics, design, compilation and other matters related to the site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights (including and not limited to intellectual property rights) The copying, redistribution, use or publication of any parts of the site is strictly prohibited. You do not gain ownership rights to any content or document of this site being viewed.

All the image files that Photocrazy return to the Customer will be balanced to give the best results, with the most natural tones possible on printers that have been correctly set up for the environment they are in. The Customer may find it necessary to fine tune their printer controls to adjust the image to suit their personal preference. Photocrazy cannot be held responsible for the success or failure of the Customer’s personal setup producing the results they are trying to achieve.

Photocrazy reserves the right to reject any images that it believes cannot be retouched or restored to the Customer’s satisfaction or applicable useage requirement or are deemed to be illegal as outlined above.

Payment will be made via PayPal at the time any final work(s) is accepted by the Customer. We offer secure payment through PayPal. All orders must be paid in full before any Deliverables will be made available.

Privacy Policy

Photo Crazy is obviously committed to responsible data management and subscribes to the principals of the data protection legislation
in the United Kingdom. We are committed to maintaining the privacy of our users and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We promise that the information you may give us will not be disclosed to anyone else. We will never share your name, email address or any other personal information with any third party for any reason. In addition, all information supplied via the website e.g. the Contact page, is removed from all fields before being sent. It does not remain on the site at all.
